Orders are shipped on working days only from Monday to Friday. Due to Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, orders can take up to 48 hours to be shipped. 

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you. All orders will be trackable online. 

 

UK Orders 

All UK orders are shipped with DPD, Royal Mail or Parcel Force. A signature will be required on delivery. Orders will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday.

 

International Orders

We are able to ship orders to all countries worldwide.

International orders are shipped with DHL, FedEx, Aramex, DPD or Parcel Force depending on the country. Delivery times will vary depending on the country. 

 

Customs Charges (International Only)

We cannot be held responsible for customs charges the recipient may incur when receiving their order. Please check with your countries customs office if customs charges will be due when receiving goods.

 

Packaging

All items are sent in custom cut to size corrugated cardboard boxes to ensure protection of the shoe box and shoes. We also use discreet and plain packaging boxes so your shoes don’t go “accidentally” missing during the delivery process. Safety first!
